Welcome to the web page for the Maine Resident Service Coordinator Association (M.R.S.C.A.). Though not yet a year old officially, we are proud to say that MRSCA is actively engaged in its mission:

"We are a professional organization dedicated and committed to the development and promotion of Service Coordination within our state and local communities – united to address the needs of people of all ages."

Service Coordination is a fast-growing profession which has become a vital component of federally subsidized housing. Resident Service Coordinators (RSC’s) enhance the quality of life for seniors and persons with disabilities, and assist families to maintain or gain self-sufficiency, while serving as a valuable member of the property management team. To learn more about the RSC role and service coordination in housing here in Maine and beyond, please view the information links on this page

Early on, MRSCA recognized the importance of developing a strong relationship with MREMA that would enhance the efforts of both organizations and benefit the people we serve. We are excited about, and grateful for, MREMA’s willingness to host a web page for MRSCA as a visible sign of our developing relationship.
